Prosecutor. Injury lawyer. Still in your corner.
I grew up in a small town in Southeast Kentucky, the son of an attorney and a school teacher. I started my legal career as a prosecutor, then spent years representing injured people and building a personal injury practice across multiple states. Today I represent injured people in Florida and Tennessee.

Built on hard work
Growing up in a small town in Southeast Kentucky, I learned the values of hard work, determination, and resilience. My dad, an attorney, and my mom, a dedicated school teacher, taught me the importance of effort and perseverance. Watching them commit to their careers and to our family shaped who I am today.
As a kid, I wanted to be an FBI agent. Life had other plans. My path led me to law, first as a prosecutor and then as a personal injury lawyer. Along the way I faced challenges, but I always looked for ways to grow, both professionally and personally.
Like a lot of people, I got caught in a cycle of pushing through hard times without really taking care of myself. I drank to cope, to celebrate, and to belong, and I always felt something was missing. After years of focusing only on my career and financial success, I realized I had neglected my physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Whether it’s a morning run, quiet meditation, or simply sitting in silence, I’ve found a routine that grounds me. Through this journey I’ve learned the power of gratitude, the importance of surrounding myself with a supportive community, and the strength that comes from prioritizing my health.
I bring that same discipline to every client I represent. When you’re hurt, you need someone who shows up, tells you the truth, and does the work.
